“Budgeting 101 – Tricks of the Trade for Suicide Prevention Coalitions”

Suicide Prevention Coalitions often have little to no funds, so what’s the purpose of a budget? This session will help coalition members see the value in budget basics and how using a simple budgeting approach can change the coalition’s trajectory. Participants will also learn to mindfully manage a budget within the unique circumstances of their coalition.

1.5 hours of Continuing Education will be provided, Domain: P1 for Prevention Specialists
